Week 1: Pear ginger green smoothie

TROPICAL CRUSH SMOOTHIE

COURSE: BREAKFAST, DRINKS, SNACK
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
SERVINGS: 2 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend leafy greens and liquid base together first. For recipes that use a whole orange, we recommend you blend the orange in this step.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
